are not included in our offers and have to be organised by yourself.
Additional costs,
which have to be added to the rental fee, are normally listed completely. Don't hesitate to contact us for the amount of the several positions. Certain things always have to be paid on-site by the group. These are for example: telephone, optional transportation of luggage and damages.
The regular term of lease
is normally 7, 11 or 14 nights, especially during the various holiday times. But: there are exceptions! Outside of the holiday times and peak season nearly every term of lease is possible. We like to act in accordance with your wishes.
Weekend bookings
are possible, but during the peak season hard to be realised. Don't hesitate to contact us for precise offers. Some accommodations demand a weekend premium to the normal room rate. In this case also, don?t hesitate to contact us.
Season time
Peak season is normally during christmas/new year's eve, in February and during the easter holidays, low season is normally in January after the christmas holidays and in March. Deviations are possible. The exact season time can be obtained by us.
Important information
In the middle of the skiing region means, that the house cannnot be reached by car, but only via the ski lifts and sometimes with an adjacent downhill run. In this case the transportation of the luggage has to be organised by the group itself. Thus we recommend to avoid unnecessary luggage.
Please note that our partners in France - and in some regions of Switzerland - normally only speak French. Basic knowledge in French is therefore recommendable.
In the low season and depending on the snow conditions, limited ski lift and ski bus service is possible.
Price alteration, change of the contents, errors and typing errors are subject to change.
